Naval Aviation Museum Goa
The Naval Aviation Museum is a military museum located in Bogmalo, 6 kilometers from Vasco de Gama in the state of Goa, India. This Place has some museums that showcase the development of the Indian Air Force. The Naval Aviation Museum Goa is in two parts. It has an outdoor exhibition and a two-story indoor gallery. This Place was inaugurated in October 1998. This is located in Goa is the also second museum of its kind in India. Apart from this, another museum is in Palam in Delhi. The Naval Aviation Museum is the only museum of its kind in Asia.
Upon entering the premises of the Naval Aviation Museum, the first Sentinel Super Constellations appear to have emerged, a craft used exclusively by Indian Airlines as a passenger aircraft. This museum later disbanded but remained under the purview of the Navy. The external gallery of the Naval Aviation Museum has a very large park, in which tourists can also see the aircraft having decompression of the navy. Some of which date back to the 1940s. A small shed also displays various aircraft engines. A total of 13 aircraft galleries are on also display here.
